DaQLAN (Darmstadt Quantum Key Distribution Local Area Network) emerged from a project within the collaborative research center #CROSSING. The festivities for the launch of DaQLAN included a panel discussion on the status and future of quantum key distribution and classical post-quantum cryptography, where Thomas Schneider represented CROSSING.
