- The exam offered in WS18/19 will take place on February 27.+28., 2019 between 9am and 5pm (in case of oral exams).
- The post-exam review (Klausureinsicht) will be on August 30, 2018 from 14:00-16:00 in building S4|14 (Mornewegstr. 30), room 3.1.01 (where the exercises took place).
In case you have a proper justification why you can’t attend the official post-exam review, please contact cryprot@encrypto.cs.tu-… to schedule an individual appointment. - A live Q&A session before the exam will take place on August, 2 at 2-4pm in S4|14 room 3.1.01 (please use entry in north west corner of the building Mornewegstr. 30).
Description
Cryptographic protocols allow parties with potentially conflicting interests to jointly perform certain tasks. This course covers basic and advanced constructions for cryptographic protocols and their applications, including Commitments, Secure Coin Flipping, Zero-Knowledge Proofs, Mixnets, Anonymous Credentials, Private Information Retrieval, Secure Multiparty Computation, and Hardware-assisted Cryptographic Protocols.
Requirements
Basic knowledge in cryptography is strongly recommended, e.g., by successfully completing the course “Introduction to Cryptography”.
